| Gralnick is five-decade veteran of broadcast news. He spent 24 of those years at ABC News as vice president and executive producer. During that period he produced all election and convention coverage from 1978 to 1996; acted twice as executive producer of World News Tonight; and produced a range of live news coverage including the Challenger disaster, the first Gulf War and the Liberty Weekend celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. Additionally, Gralnick was the executive in charge of the development and roll out of ABCNews.com. He has also served as executive producer of NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw and executive vice president of Financial News at CNN.
Currently, he serves as special consult to NBC News on Internet and New Technology development and integration; is on the board of the Integrated Media Systems Center at the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering; and has written widely on Internet matters.
