Alex Blumberg

Alex has been a social worker for Jewish Vocational Services; a teacher at the Montessori School; a freelance writer with pieces published in Chicago Wilderness Magazine, The Chicago Reader, GQ, and Wired; a free-lance radio reporter for Chicago Matters, This American Life, The Savvy Traveler, On the Media, and Soundprint; and  a producer for This American Life. He received a B.A. from Oberlin.
