Kevin has served as bureau chief (in Vietnam) and reporter for Newsweek; freelance contributor to The New York Times Magazine, The New York Times Book Review, The Washington Post, The Nation and The New Republic; editor for Lear’s; executive editor, Playboy; and author, Panama: The Whole Story (1992). He earned a B.A. from Yale.
