Marty Goldensohn

Marty Goldensohn is a veteran public radio and television reporter and host. He is former New York bureau chief of the public radio program Marketplace and was News Director of WNYC and WBAI in New York. In television, he hosted the Emmy Award-winning Currents at WNET-13. He currently produces Brian Lehrer Live for tv, and Liner Notes on public radio. He has taught at Columbia University, the University of the Arts and Swarthmore College where he produced War News Radio. His weekly column in New York Newsday, Town Without Pity, poked merciless fun of life in New York.
