| Mara Altman just completed her first book, Thanks for Coming: A Young Woman's Quest for an Orgasm, to be published by HarperCollins in April. She was a former staff writer for the Village Voice and has written for New York Magazine as well as the New York Times. After earning a master's degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, she zipped off to Bangkok, Thailand where she wrote features for a supplement of the International Herald Tribune.
