Radio Control Room Operation Instructions

Login to Computer

Username: radioroom
Password: ask your instructor

DO NOT USE YOUR STUDENT LOGIN!

Open up the Shortcut to wr_win (WireReady, desktop icon right)

It will ask for a username. Type “radio” and hit return.

Select the “On-Air” button in the resulting window.

To load bounced stories into the decks, click on a cart.

Select the file from the list and click “OK.”

Carts follow a color scheme:

Orange: empty cart
Green: playing now
Red: finished playing
Magenta: stacked to play consecutively
Blue: loaded, but not played or stopped during play

To play a cart, click on the number next to it.
