Please Note: Even though some schools require that you fill out a cross-registration form for their records, you will still need to ensure the J-School receives instructor or departmental approval on the J-School Outside Course Approval Form .

Simply scroll down and you will find a link to their Cross-Registration PDF. Instructor or departmental approval on the J-School Outside Course Approval Form is also required.
