Friday Informal Information Meetings
Informal information meetings are held on Fridays from
3:00 to 4:00 p.m. The meetings are conducted in a small group setting and cover an overview of the school and programs. We strongly urge you to RSVP for these sessions.
There will be no information session on Friday, May 24. The Journalism School will close at 1:00 p.m. Friday for the Memorial Day holiday and will re-open Tuesday, May 28 at 9:00 a.m.

J-School in Your Area
During the year, you can meet with a member of the admissions staff when we recruit around the country at one of the graduate school and job fairs, or professional association conventions.

Individual Informational Interviews
If you have questions about the program, the admissions process or deadlines, please attend one of our Friday information sessions. If you are not able to attend one of our sessions, you may contact the admissions office to set up an appointment. An informational interview is an opportunity for you to meet with us one-on-one to go over your questions and concerns. These are generally 15 to 20 minutes in length. Please note: Interviews are not required and hold no weight in the application process.
